Eligibility

Serves residents of Stark and surrounding counties meeting the following criteria:
  • A minor child receiving Social Security benefits needing a representative payee.
  • Individuals who have mental health, substance abuse, developmental disabilities, or other physical health issues that impact the inability to manage their finances.
  • Recipients who were able to manage their financials in the past but become unable to do so due to illness or injury.
  • Anyone who would like help managing their Social Security benefits.

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10:00am- 2:00pm.
