Attorney's fees are primarily a matter between the fiduciary and the attorney. Upon application by the fiduciary, the Court will allow reasonable attorney fees to be taken as an expense to the estate.

Description
Ensures that the assets of a deceased person are collected, maintained, and properly distributed among their heirs, beneficiaries, and or creditors according to the will of the decedent and the laws of the State of Ohio. Ordinarily, the average estate should be finalized within six months of the date of appointment of the fiduciary. However, where litigation, federal or state tax returns, or creditor disputes exist, the estate may require a longer administration.
