Provides: intensive training prior to the placement of a child in the home and ongoing training, an experienced adoption specialist to help guide you through the preparation and paperwork, Support groups, Post-adoption services for as long or whenever needed, No fees for the adoption, home study process, pre-finalization and post-finalization period if adopting a child through a public child service agency.

Eligibility
Any adult who has a good support system, a willingness to learn and the ability to make long-term parenting commitments is a potential candidate for adoption. For adoption certification, adults must complete a home study which includes criminal record checks, a home safety audit, and reference checks.
