Fee

$10 application fee to help cover cost of credit report. Qualified applicants receive 30-year mortgage with monthly payments.

Eligibility

Serves low-income Summit County families. Must be able to pay the monthly mortgage payment as well as additional monthly utility expenses. Must partner with the agency to build the home, attend education classes and be in the family support program. A decent and responsible credit history is also required. Note: Applicants that do not currently qualify may be placed into the Pathways to Homeownership program, which includes financial counseling, in order to qualify for the subsidized home purchase program.
