Eligibility

Open to Medicaid recipients age 18 and older who have Humana as their State Medicaid Managed Care Organization (MCO). Trailer Park/lot must be the enrollee's permanent residence to be eligible for assistance. Enrollees may receive up to a combined total of $500 per year to assist with eligible rent/mortgage and/or utility expenses.

Note: Enrollees who reside in a residential or nursing facility are not eligible.
