Eligibility

Serves Summit County parents and legal guardians who meet the following eligibility requirements: - Must not have a safe sleep place such as a crib or Pack-N-Play or the ability to obtain one. - Must be benefit eligible (WIC, SNAP, Medicaid). - Must be at least 32 weeks pregnant or have a child under 12 months. - Must receive safe sleep education and complete required paperwork.
