Offers therapy designed to assist clients in reducing the impact trauma has had on their emotional and mental functioning through the development of healthy coping skills and increased understanding about trauma and its impact. Therapists are skilled and trained in trauma focused therapy models like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT). Service includes case management to assist and support individuals to gain access to needed medical, behavioral health, housing, employment, social, educational and other services essential to meeting basic human needs.
