Eligibility
  • Serves clients of Cleveland Division of Water and/or Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD).
  • Homeowner occupied home.
  • Household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline Level.
  • Do not qualify for Homestead Rates.
Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) serves the City of Cleveland as well as all or portions of 61 suburban municipalities in Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain and Summit counties including:
