Children: Mon 8am-4pm. Adults: Mon-Tue 8am-4pm. No appointment is necessary. The Ohio Department of Health does still offer vaccinations for children with no insurance.

Children $20; Adults $25. Medicaid and most insurances are accepted. Medicare Part B is accepted for Influenza and Pneumonia Vaccines. No one will be turned away due to inability to pay

Administering flu vaccine to children on every Monday, and adults on every Monday and Tuesday from 8am-4pm. Flu shots are available for all ages, including the high-dose flu vaccine for those 65 and older.
