Provides Central Access Point (CAP) line, a centralized emergency shelter hotline. Intake specialists screen callers for entry into emergency shelter or other appropriate programs.
The CAP Line provides central intake for the following shelters:

- Found House Interfaith Housing Network
- Talbert House - Emergency Shelter for Veterans
- Joseph House Transitional Housing
- Ohio Valley Goodwill Transitional Housing
- Volunteers of America Transitional Housing
- Talbert House - Parkway Center Transitional Housing
Not-for-profit organization leading a coordinated community effort to end homelessness in Greater Cincinnati. Operates the Central Access Point (CAP) program; the central intake point for several homeless shelters in Hamilton County.
