KCVSO will issue Ohio Veteran's ID cards for those needing one. Must provide discharge papers or DD-214 upon request. If you are unsure if you have papers on file, call ahead. All discharge papers must be presented, verified and authenticated and then recorded at local office before ID Card is issued. Card is not mandatory for veterans, serves as a form of ID to authenticate veteran status if desired.
