HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM (HCV) | SANDUSKY METROPOLITAN HOUSING AUTHORITY
Provides a HUD-funded program that assists very low-income families with rental payments; families find their own place to live and the Housing Authority enters into a contract with the landlord/owner and with the applicant/tenant to provide rental assistance to the landlord on behalf of the tenant; mortgage assistance for eligible participants may be available.
