Eligibility
- United States citizens or qualified legal aliens. Legal aliens may have additional requirements of time of residence or work history.
- At least one adult caretaker who is age 18 and over.
- Required to participate in a combination of developmental activities and/or work/training activities to remain in the program.

- If applying via website or paper, the agency will schedule an over the phone interview.
