Eligibility

  • United States citizens or qualified legal aliens. Legal aliens may have additional requirements of time of residence or work history.
  • At least one adult caretaker who is age 18 and over.
  • Required to participate in a combination of developmental activities and/or work/training activities to remain in the program.

Completed application. Other documents will be requested as needed.

Hours

Monday - Friday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

  • In most cases, any interviews can be done through the Contact Center.
  • If applying by phone, the interview may be done during the phone call.
  • If applying via website or paper, the agency will schedule an over the phone interview.
  • If preferred, may also pick up and drop off paper applications and submit documents on-site.
