Application process
- To request assistance, call Coordinated Entry during regular office hours Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. When Coordinated Entry is closed on a holiday, call the shelter directly. - Call the administrative line for assistance to contact someone staying at the facility.

Eligibility
Serves single parent homeless families with a disability residing in Lorain County that meet the following criteria: - Must be a parent with custody of one or more minor children. - A person in the household must have a documented disability. - Must be homeless. - Third trimester of pregnancy or working on a reunification plan within 90 days.
