Serves single parent homeless families with a disability residing in Lorain County that meet the following criteria: - Must be a parent with custody of one or more minor children. - A person in the household must have a documented disability. - Must be homeless. - Third trimester of pregnancy or working on a reunification plan within 90 days.

Provides housing and supportive services in four (4) northeastern Ohio counties: Summit, Lorain, Cuyahoga, and Trumbull. Offers a permanent housing program which works with various social services agencies to help residents gain self-sufficiency and independence. Provides homeless single-parent families with disabilities the opportunity for permanent housing with supportive services to assist. Provides rental housing for older adults with limited income.
