Assembles larger parcels of land for new development or for the purpose of creating green space or urban gardens and farms. Sells rehabilitated homes, as well as properties in need of renovation. Properties acquired are those that are in tax foreclosure, forfeited lands, handed over from banks, or deeded over from individuals. Will take inquires from those interested in donating property; not all property may be accepted for donations.
