Client pays 30%-40% of the family's monthly adjusted gross income, with a subsidy making up the difference between this amount and the market rent of the unit. There is an upper limit on acceptable rental price.

Eligible applicants who are selected from the waiting list pay approximately 30-40% of adjusted gross family income in rent and the subsidy makes up the balance of market rent. The subsidy moves with participants and it can be used in any unit in the private market which passes an inspection as long as the participant remains eligible and the landlord agrees to participate in the program. There is a waiting list for this program. Provides those who have vouchers with lists of available housing that accepts vouchers. No assistance is provided with paying a rental deposit through this program.
