Offers short-term, temporary financial assistance for eligible veterans and/or their dependents. Assistance is provided on an emergency basis for a variety of needs, such as food, clothing, rent/mortgage, utilities, or transportation. Credit counseling and budget planning is offered and may be required to receive assistance.
