Girls On The Run | Girls On The Run Northeast Ohio
Offers a character building program of experiential learning through running. Teaches self-esteem as well as social and personal skills. Trained volunteer coaches lead small teams through a research-based curricula, which includes dynamic discussions, activities and running games to encourage positive emotional, spiritual, social, mental, and physical development. Provides a non-competitive 5K/3.1 mile event at the end of each season session.

Hours
- Locations are offered at various schools and community centers. Locations are always added and may change from fall to spring. - Hours and days will vary depending on the host site - Practice sessions are held twice a week for 75 minutes over the 10-week curriculum of the program. Program available twice a year, in the fall and spring. Spring season begins in March and ends in May. Fall season begins in September and ends in November.
