Eligibility
Serves City of Akron residents and community volunteer groups. Minimum of five (5) households or a group of five (5) volunteers needed to be committed to the project to make the group eligible for use of the trailer. Check website for additional requirements.
Required documents
Completed Trailer Application Form, Project Coordinator Form, Participant Waiver Form, Equipment List, and Cleanup Summary Report. All forms are available online.
Hours
Trailer is booked on a first come, first served basis April through October/November each year dependent on weather. Trailer may be loaned out for up to three (3) days.

Application process
Call the office and select Option 1 to speak to the Director of Development and Community Outreach to check for availability. Register online or call office to register at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. Trailer loaned out on a first come, first served basis.
