Eligibility

Open to residents of Butler County with a household income at or below 175% of the federal poverty level. Households must also meet one of the following criteria: -include a household member who is age 60 or older or who has a documented medical condition -have a disconnection notice, have been disconnected, or trying to establish new electric service
