Housing Programs For Transitional Age Youth | Home For Families
Transitional age youth (YAT) Housing programs serve families where head of household is between age 18-24. Clients are linked with a case manager who helps with identifying stable housing, providing financial assistance, and goal planning as well as connection to community resources.

Application process
Those staying in shelter, on the land/in cars, or in hotels being paid for by an agency will need to be connected with Huckleberry House's CARR team first. CARR team will then refer to Home for Families. Those who are doubled up with friends/family or at risk of eviction will speak with Stephanie Coleman. Families will have an initial meeting with their case manager to go over paperwork and talk about next steps.

Eligibility
Pregnant or parenting individuals between 18-24, who are literally homeless or housing unstable. Must be at or below 50% AMI.
