Offers D.E.B.I Home Transitional Shelter services, for homeless women and their children, the transitional shelter also provides other supportive services, and staff members will asses and handle the immediate needs (i.e. food and shelter), staff will also evaluate residents circumstances and needs to determine whether temporary emergency housing is the best option Women spend the first few weeks learning the structure and rules of the home, they earn a GED/high school diploma or securing job training, learn how to budget and look for a job, when employment is obtain, staff will assess where they want to live and begin the process
