Privately book appointment online for select services 24/7. For the full set of services, call 614-222-3525 to book appointment. Health center staff can also answer any questions. Walk in any time the Health Center is open to make an appointment or see if there is a same day appointment available.
Fee
Contact health center for LGBTQ services pricing information. Some services may have additional charges for lab and blood work. Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have previously been made. Medicaid accepted. If uninsured, financial assistance may be available for procedure. Call 614-222-3525 to confidentially determine eligibility. If eligible for financial assistance, documentation may be required.
Eligibility
All bodies are welcome to receive these services. Must be 18 and older for Hormone Replacement Therapy. Referral resources are available.
