Must first attend an orientation session. Phone to register for an orientation session or for more information. May also go to the website to register and to post a resume on the Job-Seeker Database. If client does not have a resume arrive early for scheduled orientation session.

Description

Provides a vocational training and job placement service for unemployed or under-employed individuals. Includes career change counseling and assistance for displaced workers and displaced homemakers. Those interested in job training will first complete career testing and assessment before being placed in an appropriate training program. Offers all participants workshops, computer and telephone access, resume development, and other job search assistance. Maintains a database for job seekers to post their resumes for potential employers to view.
