Clients must be age 60 or older, and must live in the area bounded by the river on the east, W 117th St. on the west, and Denison Ave. on the south. Targeted but not limited to Hispanic seniors.

Client, family, or friend can call to request a visit. They will need to provide name, address, and phone number at the time of request. A new request is required for each visit.
