- Serves homeowners age 60 and over OR individuals age 18 and over with a diagnosed disability. - Must fall under federal income guidelines. - Home must be a single-family dwelling in the City of Akron. - Must be an owner-occupant with proof of ownership. - Must be current on property tax payments. - Assistance is only available once every five (5) years.

Partners with the City of Akron to provide critical home repairs including roofing, electrical, furnace, plumbing, gutters, porch, steps, and disability access. No funds are provided to the homeowner in cash as reimbursement for repairs already completed.
