Provides supportive services to low-income Veteran families or Veteran's and their families who are experiencing housing instability or imminent homelessness. Offers a range of supportive services designed to promote housing stability. Provides eligible Veteran families with case management, and assistance in obtaining VA and other benefits.

Eligibility

Serves low-income Veterans and their families residing in Summit County. Must be a Veteran OR a member of a family in which the head of household, or the spouse of the head of household, is a Veteran.
