Application process
Call the 311 Contact Center for more information or to report a concern. - May leave a message regarding non-emergency issues when calling after 311 Contact Center hours. - Dial 3-1-1 when in Akron city limits. - Visit the website at www.akronohio.gov/311 to report a concern or to check the status of an existing concern. - The 311 Contact Center will then forward complaints to the Nuisance Compliance Office or the Housing Complaint Division for further investigation.
