Open to residents of West Chester or Liberty Township who live within Lakota School District boundaries, with a household income at or below 200% FPL.

Proof of residence (For all household members 18 and older),Photo ID (Photo ID for all household members 18 and older),Social security card (ID for all children under 18 (passport, social security card, medical card, etc.))
