New clients or clients without access to email call 211 for referral. 211 will issue a Hope Chest Voucher which may be picked up at Lifeline during regular hours.
Returning customers to Hope Chest should fill out the form on the website at hopechestlakecounty.org and submit. The scheduler will reply via email with appointment date and time.
