Application process

Ashland County agencies can refer a client using the FCFC referral form and release of information form. Families may self-refer as well. If an agency or family needs the forms they must contact the FCFC Director by phone or email to request the forms. **NOTE**FCFC Director position currently vacant**. Eligibility

Any Ashland County family can apply for services, but for services that include grant funding, the highest need child must be birth-21 years and live in Ashland County.
