Call the toll-free hotline or 8-1-1 or complete an online request form at www.oups.org/edig before digging on a property. Call/online request must be made at least 48 hours but no more than 10 working days before commencing excavation (excluding weekends and holidays). Must provide address and details of the project.

Educates and promotes that it is the responsibility of the individual utility owner to mark the location of underground facilities at the excavation site.
