Application process
Phone for information M-F: 8:00am -4:30pm to apply for the program. A referral is not required in order to walk in for a tour of the facility and an overview of the program during the above hours. Service by referral is suggested, in order to cover fees. Such referrals are often made through agencies including County Boards of Developmental Disabilities, Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities, or Vocational Rehabilitation Public & Private Partnership - VRP3), Bureau of Worker's Compensation/Managed Care Organizations - BWC/MCO, Veterans Administration - VA, and other referral/funding agencies. The agency may be able to coordinate any additional services an individual may need at the time of referral. Referring organizations should mention any need for such services at the time of referral.
Fees
Fixed fee, often referral paid. There is a higher fixed fee for those clients who participate in the community-based work evaluation.

Description
Provides a comprehensive evaluation, including testing, career exploration, and situational assessment. Program provides information about a person's interests, limitations, aptitudes, and strengths. Situational assessments can be arranged in-house in manufacturing, custodial, food service, customer service or clerical settings or established at a company site.
