Provides a mass message to individuals signed up for service in the event of an emergency or disaster. Individuals should answer the phone, listen to the message and follow the instructions. The service is capable of sending emergency messages by text or read to email addresses, hearing impaired receiving devices, and telephone lines including business lines, cellular phones and home numbers.
