Eligibility
- Serves children age 3 through 5 whose family income is at or below 130% of the Federal Poverty Guideline Level (FPL).
- In addition, all children in foster care are eligible.
- 10% of available slots are reserved for hildre with special needs, and 10% for those whose families are over the income requirements (up to 185% of the FPL).
