Individuals must be eligible for county board of disability services; application must be made through their assigned service coordinator.
Fees
Program is designed to reimburse families for certain expenses up to a pre-estimated cap each year.

Family Support Services (FSS) assists families by enabling them to care for their family member with disabilities at home. FSS may include respite care, adaptive equipment and/or minor home modifications to accommodate the family member with a disability.
